This cookie notice (the “Cookie Notice”) describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website astrolegal.net (the “Website”), pursuant to Article 22(2) of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the “LSSI”) and the applicable data protection legislation. This Cookie Notice supplements the privacy notice, the Legal Notice and the Terms and Conditions of the Services, to which reference is made for the matters they respectively govern.

Art. 1. OPERATOR OF THE WEBSITE

1.1 The Website is operated by AstroLegal, whose address is Avenida Touroperador Neckermann 3, 35100 Maspalomas, Las Palmas, Spain, and whose tax identification number is NIE Z1622112-L. AstroLegal may be contacted by email at info@astrolegal.net.

Art. 2. WHAT COOKIES ARE

2.1 Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the user’s device and reads again on later visits. Other technologies that store or read information on the device, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), are treated in the same way as cookies.

Art. 3. COOKIES USED BY THE WEBSITE

3.1 As at the date of this Cookie Notice, the Website does not store any cookies or similar technologies on the User’s device, whether its own or those of third parties.

3.2 Fonts are served directly by the Website, without using external services. The Website does not use any analytics tools.

3.3 Submitting the forms on the Website does not involve storing any cookies. The processing of the data provided through the forms is described in the privacy notice.

Art. 4. MEASUREMENT OF ADVERTISING CONVERSIONS

4.1 If AstroLegal enables the Google Ads conversion measurement service, provided by Google Ireland Limited, the Website will display a banner allowing the User to accept or reject advertising cookies. As at the date of this Cookie Notice, this service is not active.

4.2 Before the User makes a choice, no advertising cookies are stored and no information is sent to Google. Rejecting carries the same weight as accepting, and closing the banner counts as a rejection.

4.3 If the User consents, Google Ads may store cookies (for example “_gcl_au”) solely to measure the requests reaching the Website through advertising campaigns; ad personalisation remains disabled. For the list, purposes and duration of Google’s cookies, reference is made to https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.

4.4 The User’s choice is kept in the browser’s local storage, together with its date, for 180 days, after which the banner is shown again. The User may change their choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page of the Website; if consent is withdrawn, any Google Ads cookies already stored are deleted.

Art. 5. MANAGING COOKIES THROUGH THE BROWSER

5.1 The User may delete or block cookies at any time through their browser settings. Blocking cookies does not prevent the use of the Website.

Art. 6. CHANGES

6.1 AstroLegal may amend this Cookie Notice, in particular if new tools are enabled, giving notice of the amendment by publishing it on the Website together with the date of the update.
